Applications
Thermal oil circulates through the system to deliver stable high temperatures at low pressure. Used for process heating, drying, reactors and presses. Combined heating and cooling systems can be designed.

Fuel use based on 260 °C thermal oil outlet and 20 °C ambient; kerosene 10,400, A heavy oil 10,200, B heavy oil 9,850, C heavy oil 9,750 kcal/kg. Pump sized for 20–30 °C inlet/outlet difference and 10–25 m system loss. Safety devices: flame detector, oil overheat switch, oil flow differential pressure switch. Power: 3-phase 220 V 50/60 Hz. Natural gas and LPG models available.
